As for the voltage regulator, all regulators of developed our company are
made from the element technology of
the crystal wristwatch from CMOS including voltage reference's Reference because low current consumption was
the necessary condition so far though being made from the bipolar process was common sense. The Reference was
able to be used even by reactive current of 10nA or more.
Naturally, it is a big problem by the low voltage operation how to control
the output voltage and the temperature characteristic.
It was impossible to meet the specification of the product demand in the control of a CMOS technology at that time because it met the specification.
To meet the specification, the voltage adjustment and the temperature characteristic adjustment by the laser blow were adopted.
Our present specification has achieved 0.9V/0.1uA/ +/-1% accuracy at the product level in all temperature ranges.

High-speed LDO that can be competed with the bipolar product has been achieved by CMOS low current consumption
High speed, low current consumption, the low drop voltage, and high accuracy have been achieved with the positive voltage
low voltage circuit. The accuracy of the output voltage has achieved +/-1%
in all temperature ranges because it adopts
the reference voltage in which the temperature characteristic is controlled in high accuracy.
The charged ESR capacitor can rapidly make the output voltage GND with an internal switch.
The overcurrent protection circuit is built into so that the output current should not exceed the rated current.
