The VDA series is low current consumption and a voltage detector that can be detected up to the low voltage in high accuracy.
The reference voltage of high accuracy that controls the temperature characteristic is used for the accuracy of the detecting voltage.
The detecting voltage is processed in high accuracy by using the laser trimming of each individual device.
