The VDD series is a voltage detector with built-in delay circuit. The low voltage detection, the low current consumption detection,
and high accuracy have been achieved.
A high accurate reference voltage in which the temperature characteristic is controlled is used for the accuracy of the detecting voltage.
Each individual device is matched by the laser trimming and it crowds at the detecting voltage and delay time.@@@@@@@@@@@@@
